Capital Product Partners (CPLP) announced that the M/V 'CMA CGM Magdalena' was delivered to its new owners generating gross proceeds of ~$49.2M after repaying outstanding debt.Earlier, the company announced that it had entered into a memorandum of agreement for the sale of the M/V 'CMA CGM Magdalena' and the M/V 'Adonis' expected to be delivered in July/August 2021 to an unaffiliated third party for a total consideration of $195M.
