Capstone Turbine ([[CPST]] +10.9%) announces amended Note Purchase Agreement (‘NPA’), dated October 1, 2020, issuing $20M in additional senior secured notes, now totaling $50M.The entire amount to bear an interest at LIBOR Rate plus 8.75% per annum; due and payable on October 1, 2023.Company agrees to use the $20M of net proceeds to expand its high-margin, long-term rental fleet from today's 8.6 MW to 21 MW and for general corporate purposes.Previously: Capstone Turbine reports preliminary Q2 positive cash from operations (Oct. 2)
