ANTM - CareMax inks collaboration agreement with Anthem

CareMax (NASDAQ:CMAX) has signed a collaboration agreement with Anthem (NYSE:ANTM) to build medical centers in areas where the health benefits company will offer a value-based care model to improve patient outcomes. Through the collaboration agreement, CareMax plans to open about 50 medical centers with a focus on Indiana, Texas, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Georgia, Connecticut, and Virginia, among others. CareMax shares down more than 4% premarket.
