CRS - Carpenter Technology extends and amends credit facility

Carpenter Technology ( NYSE: CRS ) amends and restates the Company’s existing credit agreement, whereby the credit facility set to mature on March 31, 2024 has been extended to April 12, 2028, size of the credit facility increased from $300M to $350M and changes to certain terms of the credit facility from the prior agreement, including modifications to the financial covenants.In addition, the Company entered into an amended and restated security agreement in connection with the credit facility that creates a security interest in substantially all of the personal property of the Company for the benefit of the secured parties under the Credit Facility.Source: Press Release]]>
