Bank holding company Carver Bancorp ( NASDAQ: CARV ) said on Monday that its board has appointed Craig MacKay interim president and CEO, effective Oct. 1.
MacKay has been an independent director of Carver since February 2017.
The company is set to conduct a national search for a pemanent president and CEO.
Current President and CEO Michael Pugh will depart on Sep. 30.
Pugh will become the CEO of the NGO Local Initiatives Support Coalition.
