A third SPAC from CEO Philip Krim of Casper Sleep (CSPR) traded slightly lower in its opening day Friday on the New York Stock after raising $300M through an initial public offering.Tailwind Two Acquisition Corp. (TWNTU) was changing hands at $9.99 shortly after 2:30 p.m. ET, down 0.1% from its $10 IPO price. The special purpose acquisition company has traded as low as $9.95 and as high as $10 so far during the session.TWNTU sold 30M investment units through its IPO, with each consisting of one Class A share and 0.33 warrants entitling holders to buy a second share in future at $11.50.The SPAC also granted underwriters the option to buy 4.5M more units for overallotments, potentially raising another $45M.Additionally, Tailwind Two’s sponsor agreed to invest $9.7M for 6.47M warrants at $1.50 apiece.
