- CBIZ ( NYSE: CBZ ) on Monday said it had acquired Pivot Point Security (PPS), an information security consulting firm.
- Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
- "PPS has 30 employees and recorded $6.6M in revenue in 2022," CBZ said in a statement .
- CBZ stock earlier closed -1% at $52.29.
