CENN - Cenntro Electric Group receives Nasdaq extension to regain compliance

• Electric vehicle technology company Cenntro Electric Group ( NASDAQ: CENN ) said on Thursday that it has received a Nasdaq extension to regain compliance with the stock exchange's minimum bid price rule.
• Nasdaq has granted the company a 180-day extension, or until Dec. 18, to regain compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement.
• The company was notified about the non-compliance in December 2022. It was granted an extension to regain compliance until June 20. The notification letter had mentioned that company may be eligible for an additional 180 calendar day compliance period even after June 20.
