• Century Therapeutics ( NASDAQ: IPSC ) said its Chief Executive Officer Lalo Flores had stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors to pursue other opportunities.
• The company said it had appointed Chief Technology Officer Greg Russotti as ad-interim Chief Executive Officer.
• Michael Diem was promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer, and Hy Levitsky assumed his prior role as President of Research and Development, the company said.
• IPSC said its board of directors had begun a search to identify a permanent Chief Executive Officer .
