Cerecor (CERC) inks agreement with Jefferies under which the underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a firm commitment basis, ~12.3M common shares at $2.60/share.In addition, the Company is offering pre-funded warrants to purchase up to ~1.7M common shares at $2.599/warrant.Expected gross proceeds are ~$36.4M.
