CERN - Cerner and Baystate Health to collaborate on digital health platform

Cerner (CERN) and Baystate Health have entered an agreement to expand their two-decade relationship by introducing a digital health platform to integrate care delivery and financing systems.The digital health platform aims to provide a more consumer-focused approach to patient care.Baystate Health holds five hospitals and more than 80 medical practices, with about 12K employees.Cerner's president Donald Trigg called the collaboration "industry-defining", and said that "Baystate Health has a compelling plan to grow key specialties, deliver consumer-friendly access to their provider health network, and innovate around value-based care."
