CERN - Cerner gets quick uptick after takeover speculation

There's some speculation a potential deal with an unidentified suitor may be moving forward, according to a Betaville "uncooked" alert. Betaville last month reported that a mystery buyer is interested in Cerner. One person speculated the interested party could be Amazon (AMZN), according to Betaville. Cerner previously told Seeking Alpha in an email that the company doesn't comment on speculation or rumors. Last month, Cerner EPS beats by $0.02, misses on revenue.
