GIB - CGI renews normal course issuer bid

CGI ( NYSE: GIB ) is renewing its normal course issuer bid to purchase for cancellation up to 18,769,394 Class A Shares.
That represents ~10% of the firm's public float as of the close of business on January 24, 2023.
Repurchases under the renewed bid may commence on Feb. 6, 2023 and will end on the earlier of Feb. 5, 2024 or the date on which the company has either acquired the maximum number of Class A Shares allowable under the program or otherwise decided not to make any further purchases for cancellation under it.
In addition, CGI ( GIB ) reported its first quarter results today
