(TSXV: OYL) ("CGX" or the "Company") announced today that its shareholders are invited to attend in person or virtually its 2022 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") at 10:00 am EST on Friday, July 29, 2022. The Company will hold the meeting at the office of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP located at 333 Bay Street, Suite 2400, Toronto, Ontario and via video conference.
