GTLS - Chart Industries acquires CSC Cryogenic Service Center for $4M

Chart Industries (NYSE:GTLS) said Wednesday it acquired CSC Cryogenic Service Center, a Swedish firm, for ~$4M. The acquisition expands GTLS' service and repair presence in the Nordic region geographically. The addition of CSC broadens GTLS' repair and service capabilities for mobile equipment, in particular trailers, as well as ISO containers, stationary and transportable tanks, pumps, flowmeters and LNG fueling stations. GTLS expects to realize synergies with both firms' marine customers from the addition of CSC.
