CADMF - Chemesis inks LOI with vending machine retailer & distributor Elite Vend

Chemesis International (CADMF) announced a letter of intent with Elite Vend, a fully integrated and nationally recognized vending machine retailer & distributor, wherein the latter will leverage it's portfolio of existing and expanding customer base to enhance the former's VICKI platform expansion.Elite Vend will provide Chemesis access to its full suite of services which include fulfillment, distribution and servicing.Working together Elite Vend plans to deploy its sales and distribution resources to identify strategic placements of kiosks across the U.S.
