  • Chico's FAS ( NYSE: CHS ) on Monday said it had appointed David Oliver as CFO, effective June 24.
  • Oliver will replace Patrick Guido, who resigned to accept a position at another company.
  • Oliver joined CHS in 2012 and is currently the company's senior VP of finance and chief accounting officer, CHS said in a statement .
  • Oliver also previously served as interim CFO from February 2020 until September 2021.
