CIH - China Index receives Nasdaq non-compliance notice

China Index Holdings (NASDAQ:CIH) has received a notice from Nasdaq related to its non-compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The bid price of China Index's ADSs closed below US$1 per share for 30 consecutive business days from April 18 through May 27, 2022. It has been granted a compliance period of 180 calendar days until Nov. 28 to regain compliance.
