GTH - China's Genetron gets non-compliance notice from Nasdaq

Beijing-based Genetron ( NASDAQ: GTH ) received a notice from Nasdaq for not being in compliance with the exchange's $1 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.
The company's American depositary shares (ADSs) were below the $1 per ADS mark for 30 consecutive business days.
The cancer-focused company said that the Nasdaq letter currently does not affect its listing or trading and it has 180 calendar days or until April 26, 2023, to regain compliance.
