CI Financial (CIXX) acquited Brightworth LLC, a registered investment advisor with ~$4.7B in assets.The financial terms were not disclosed.Brightworth provides comprehensive investment advisory and financial planning services to high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, pension and profit-sharing plans from offices in Atlanta and Charlotte, NC.The transaction increases CI’s U.S. assets to $55B and expands its presence to the critical southeast region.The deal is assumed to close in Q2'21.Press Release
