CINT - CI&T acquires Transpire for $16.4M

• CI&T ( NYSE: CINT ) to acquire Transpire Technology Pty, an Australian technology consultancy, to enhance its growth in APAC  for total consideration of AUD 23.4M or $16.4M.
• Headquartered in Melbourne, with team members across Australia, Transpire delivers digital experiences across several verticals, with a solid design-led, mobile-first, cloud-native approach.
• The move will benefit CINT's client from a comprehensive suite of end-to-end digital capabilities in addition to enhanced regional expertise.
• Transpire recorded AUD 15.5M in net revenue in its fiscal year ended in June 2022.
• The completion is expected to happen during the third quarter of 2022.
