CDTX - Cidara stock slumps ~15% on common stock preferred shares offerings

• Cidara Therapeutics ( NASDAQ: CDTX ) said it is planning a concurrent but separate underwritten public offerings of its common stock and its Series X Convertible Preferred Stock.
• The underwriter was granted a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 15% of the common stock offered in the offering.
• The closing of the two offering does not depend upon closing of the other.
• All shares will be sold by the company.
• CDTX -16.57% to $1.51 premarket March 3
