COO - Cintas Chief Administration Officer Michael Thompson to retire in August

Cintas ( NASDAQ: CTAS ) said Michael Thompson, Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer, will retire on August 31 and will cease being an Executive Officer as of May 31.
The company also announced that Jim Rozakis, currently President and Chief Operating Officer ( COO ) of the company’s Rental Division, will be promoted to EVP and COO, effective June 1.
