GWAC - Cipher Mining files for proposed acquisition by Good Works new symbol to be CIFR

Cipher Mining Technologies, newly formed U.S.-based Bitcoin mining company, filed a registration statement with U.S. SEC related to its earlier announced proposed merger with Good Works Acquisition ([[GWAC]] +0.8%).Post approval, the combined company will be named Cipher Mining and is expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the new symbol, "CIFR".Cipher Mining nominated election of seven members to the proposed Board, effective on proposed business combination.
