CSCO - Cisco's planned Acacia Communications acquisition approved by China

Cisco's (CSCO) deal with Acacia Communications (ACIA) won conditional approval from China's antitrust authority, according to a posting on the Chinese regulator's website.The approval comes after Cisco last week agreed to a new deal with Acacia at $115/share, up from $70/share after Acacia had claimed that Cisco didn't get Chinese approval prior to walk deadline for the deal.NOTE: In revised Acacia/Cisco deal from last week, Chinese approval wasn't specifically listed as a condition.
