CSCO - Cisco wraps Acacia acquisition with shareholder approval

Following shareholder approval, Cisco Systems (CSCO) has completed its acquisition of Acacia Communications (ACIA). Acacia employees will join Cisco's Optics business, as part of the Mass-Scale Infrastructure Group. The $115/share cash deal comes at a value of about $4.5B net of cash and marketable securities. Acacia will no longer be publicly traded, and has requested a delisting of its shares on Nasdaq. Cisco is up 0.9% premarket.
