CIT - CIT introduces amenities payment feature for Community Association Banking clients

CIT Group's (NYSE:CIT) Community Association Banking division launches a new amenities feature in C-PropertyPay, a payment system that lets residents and association members make digital shared service fee payments. The amenities feature allows residents to now pay for additional items such as pool keys, access cards and more in one system. Funds are deposited directly into association accounts and reports are provided for fulfillment, the company says. "The new amenities feature further reduces the need for multiple software programs and helps make payment processes easier," said Alan DeTata, president of Community Banking Association. Shares of CIT barely budge intra-day. Previously, (Oct. 26) CIT EPS beats by $0.67, misses on revenue.
