Civista Bancshares (CIVB) board approved a stock repurchase program authorizing the company to purchase up to $13.5M of its outstanding common shares.The new program replaces earlier approved program on May 4, 2020 which authorized for $13.5M shares in repurchase and expired on Apr.20, 2021.Under the old program, the company purchased $6.9M through the termination date.The new repurchase program will continue until Apr. 19, 2022.
