ONEXF - Clarivate stockholders plan 25M ordinary share offering

Clarivate (NYSE:CLVT) said affiliated funds of Onex (OTCPK:ONEXF) and Baring Private Equity Asia Group (the selling shareholders) are planning to sell 25M ordinary shares of the company in a public offering. The selling shareholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30 day option to buy up to an additional 3.75M shares. The selling shareholders will receive all of the net proceeds from the sale of these shares.
