CLRMF - Clean Air Metals announces C$10M private financing

Clean Air Metals (CLRMF) announces private placement offering of C$10M, consisting of 11.90M flow-through shares at a price of C$0.42 and 9.80M flow-through units at C$0.51/unit price.Each FT Unit will consist of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant, each of which could be exercised at C$0.55/share within 2 years. The underwriters are entitled to receive a cash fee of 6% of thr gross proceeds from sale."The bought deal flow-through financing will allow the Company to execute with a strong follow-up exploration program for 2021 in light of the new resource statement released on January 20, 2021.
