CLRMF - Clean Air Metals appoints Mr. Mike Garbutt as COO

Clean Air Metals (OTCQB:CLRMF) has appointed Mike Garbutt, P.Eng. MBA as COO for the company, effective immediately. Mr. Garbutt is a senior mining engineer most recently employed as Deputy General Manager on a major mine build in northern Ontario. Pursuant to Mr. Garbutt's appointment, the company has granted 1M incentive stock options under the company's stock option plan. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.22 per share, for a term of 5 years from the date of issue.
