Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE) +5.9% pre-market on news [[BP]] will provide $50M and work together to develop, own and operate new renewable natural gas facilities at dairies and other agriculture facilities.Clean Energy says it already has identified potential RNG-producing projects and plans to deploy funds for development and construction expenses beginning this year.The development and construction plans build on Clean Energy's joint RNG marketing agreement with BP established in 2018.Yesterday, Clean Energy reported adjusted Q4 EPS that matched the average analyst estimate while revenues fell 37% Y/Y but beat expectations.
