BIT - CleanTech Power collaborating with PowerTap Hydrogen to develop alternative energy project

CleanTech Power CEO Frank Carnevale joinedProactive's Natalie Stoberman to discuss its Letter of Intent withPowerTap Hydrogen Fueling Corp to develop a new hydrogen energyproject.
Carnevale says theagreement allows CleanTech Power to negotiate terms over the next 180days to eventually leverage PowerTap's modular technology toconvert natural gas into blue or green hydrogen at customer sites.Carnevale adds that CleanTech Power plans to deliver hydrogen to itscustomers and combine it with their fuel cell projects to create anintegrated energy solution and explore hydrogen solutions as analternative to natural gas.
