Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings (CCO) has priced $1B in senior debt. The company is selling that amount of 7.75% senior notes due 2028; the notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis. Proceeds will go to redeeming $940M in 9.25% senior notes due 2024 for subsidiary Clear Channel Worldwide Holdings. At last report, the company had $845M in cash and equivalents, and $5.57B in long-term debt.
