Macerich (MAC) is a name that I have been wary of in the past due to their high leverage. The leverage hasn't gone away, but after much thought, I have become more comfortable with their financing plan moving forward. I think their dividend should be cut, but that's beside the point and shouldn't detract from the long-term thesis.
