CLVR - Clever Leaves regains compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price rule

- Clever Leaves ( NASDAQ: CLVR ) said on Wednesday i t had received notice from Nasdaq on Sept. 11 saying that the company had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
- The company had received a notice from Nasdaq on Sept. 29 2022 saying that it was not in compliance with the minimum bid price rule, after which on March 29 it received an additional 180 calendar day period to regain compliance.
- Under the rule, the company's common shares are required to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 or more for at least 10 consecutive business days.
- The company met the requirement under the rule on Sept. 8.
