CloudMD Software & Services ([[DOCRF]]) announces that it has entered into an amendment to the previously announced bought deal offering in which the underwriter has now agreed to buy 20.4M shares at a price of $2.70/share for aggregate gross proceeds of about $55M.The company has granted the underwriter an option to purchase up to an additional 3M Shares at a price of $2.70/share. The offering is expected to close on March 9, 2021.CloudMD intends to use the net proceeds for strategic M&A activities, working capital and general corporate purposes.
