Good afternoon, and welcome to CLP Holdings 2024 Interim Results Briefing. My name is Marissa Wong, Director of Investor Relations. And today, I'm joined by Chief Executive Officer, Mr. T.K. Chiang; and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Alex Keisser.
