CCNC - Code Chain New Continent inks purchase agreement for $10M of bitcoin mining machines

Code Chain New Continent (CCNC) trades 5.2% higher premarket after executing a purchase agreement with Bitmain Technologies wherein the former will purchase 2K Antminer S19j from Bitmain for $10M; expected to be delivered by Oct. 31, 2021.Beijing-headquartered Bitmain is a privately owned company which engages in application-specific integrated circuit chips for bitcoin mining, high-density server equipment, and large-scale parallel computing software.Bitmain is also an operator of Antpool, one of the largest Bitcoin mining pools.
