CNS - Cohen & Steers AUM rises to $84.2B in November on market appreciation
- Cohen & Steers ( NYSE: CNS ) on Thursday reported preliminary assets under management of $84.2B billion as of November 30, up 5.3% from October-end, due to market appreciation of $4.6B.
- This was partially offset by net outflows of $252M and distributions of $177M.
- Institutional accounts AUM totaled $33.94B at November 30, up 7.3% sequentially.
- Open-end funds AUM grew 3.9% to $38.70B, while closed-end funds AUM rose 4% to $11.55B.
