CNS - Cohen & Steers AUM up 8.5% in January on net inflows market appreciation
- Cohen & Steers ( NYSE: CNS ) on Wednesday reported preliminary assets under management of $87.3B as of January 31, up 8.5% from the previous month.
- This was driven by $322M net inflows and $6.7B market appreciation, partially offset by distributions of $190M.
- Institutional accounts AUM totaled $35.07B, up 8.3% from December-end.
- Open-end funds AUM increased 9.6% sequentially to $40.43B, while closed-end funds AUM grew 5.7% to $11.78B.
- Earlier, Cohen & Steers ( CNS ) posted Q4 results broadly in line with estimates .
