Cohu (COHU) prepaid $100M of its term loan B facility thereby leading to the reduction of the outstanding principal of its TLB to ~$206M.Debt repayment was funded with a portion of the ~$233M gross proceeds from the sale of common stock completed on Mar. 12, 2021."Moving forward, capital allocation will continue to be focused on debt reduction and opportunities for expansion of our served markets and technology portfolio," president & CEO Luis Müller commented.
