Colfax Corporation ([[CFX]] -2.3%) has notified the holders its intention to redeem on April 24, 2021, $600M of its outstanding 6.000% senior notes due 2024 at 103% of the principal amount and $100M of the $400M outstanding of its 6.375% senior notes due 2026 at 106.375% of the principal amount. Payment of the redemption price will be made to the paying agent pursuant to the indenture.
