Collegium Pharmaceutical (COLL) has settled its patent infringement litigation with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (TEVA) relate to the latter's U.S. marketing application seeking approval of a generic version of abuse-deterrent opioid pain med Xtampza ER (oxycodone).Under the terms of the agreement, Teva will be able to sell its generic product effective September 2, 2033.
