CIGI - Colliers acquires U.K.-based Paragon Building Consultancy

Colliers (NASDAQ:CIGI) acquired a majority interest in Paragon Building Consultancy, a leading building consultancy and project management firms in U.K., wherein the latter will be combined with the former's existing project management business bringing scale and additional capabilities in the U.K. and Europe. Paragon's senior management team will lead the combined operations and retain significant equity going forward under Colliers' unique partnership model. Financial terms remain undisclosed.
