CIGI - Colliers to acquire Arcadia Management expand U.S. property management business
Colliers International Group Inc.
Canadian Investment management company Colliers ( NASDAQ: CIGI ) on Wednesday said it would acquire a controlling interest in commercial real estate property management firm Arcadia Management Group.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Arcadia's senior leadership will retain a direct equity stake in the business and continue to drive operations going forward under Colliers' ( CIGI ) partnership model.
U.S.-listed subordinate voting shares of CIGI earlier closed +1.4% at $92.28.
