USPS - Colombian Cannabis Brand to be Acquired Shares Up

The Colombian market for %Cannabis products is expected to grow exponentially over the next few years and this combined firm is in a position itself as a leading player in the market.

U.S. men’s health services provider %UltimateSports () announced in a press release a definitive agreement to acquire Colombia’s Sannabis S.A.S. Since its inception in 2014, Sannabis has been at the forefront of the legal Colombian cannabis market and is one of the most recognized brands of medical marijuana products in Colombia, specializing in the Full Spectrum Use of Cannabis. Thousands of patients have experienced relief that no other treatment or medicine had provided.

Plans are to roll out new products targeting Colombia’s 52 million citizens. In addition, international orders are awaiting regulatory approvals and there are plans to expand into the U.S.

Shares were trading up in afternoon trade.
