COLM - Columbia Sportswear announces resignation of president of its footwear brand SOREL

• Columbia Sportswear ( NASDAQ: COLM ) on Friday said Mark Nenow, president of its footwear brand SOREL, has resigned.
• According to the company, Nenow joined COLM in 2007 and helped in turning SOREL from primarily a men's winter work boot to all season women's led brand.
• "(Nenow) led the brand to sales of $347M in net sales in 2022,” COLM CEO Tim Boyle said in a statement .
• In its latest quarterly report released in late April, COLM disclosed SOREL reported net sales of $60.5M, down 5% Y/Y.
• COLM said it had named senior VP of emerging brands Craig Zanon to Nenow's position while it searched for a replacement.
• Columbia Sportswear ( COLM ) stock was down 2% to $74.31 in light extended trading.
