Columbus McKinnon (CMCO) has priced its public offering of 3.75M common shares at $48.00/share for total gross proceeds of $180M.The offering was upsized from $150M offering, announced previously. Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 562.5K shares. Net proceeds of ~$172.4M will be used to repay outstanding borrowings. J.P. Morgan is acting as lead book-running manager.
