CMRA - Comera Life Sciences to complete $4.1M private placement of shares

• Life sciences company Comera Life Sciences Holdings ( NASDAQ: CMRA ) said on Tuesday that it is set to complete a $4.1M private placement of shares, and accompanying warrants.
• The company has executed a definitive agreement to complete the private placement to existing stockholders at $0.51125 per share.
• The shares are accompanied by five-year warrants to purchase shares at $0.6135 per share.
• Comera sold and issued 4.34M shares and warrants to purchase an aggregate of 11M shares in first closing, resulting in gross proceeds of $2.25M to Comera.
• The company expects to sell and issue an additional 3.6M shares and warrants to purchase an aggregate of 8.9M shares in second closing, resulting in additional gross proceeds of $1.82M.
• The proceeds are expected to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
